Quite often our staff are utilised to covertly observe a subject whilst they have the child in their care (Covert surveillance).  We are also utilised to record meetings and handovers.  We are utilised to make enquiries and check backgrounds (Factual enquiries).  We are sometimes used to protect a party from the allegations they expect the other side to raise.

We are independent.  We are paid no matter what we observe.  We can provide evidence for a court.  We generally do not know the parties involved.

We are occasionally utilised by concerned family members who just want to check up and see what's happening with an estranged relative.
